Looking for a luxurious and spacious living space? We have the perfect option for you! Rooms in our stunning 3-Story Mediterranean Stucco Home in Gated Community are available for rent on Westheimer Rd, just minutes away from Beltway 8 and I-10, and close to everything -Shopping, Dining, City Centre and Energy Corridor! I’m looking for a responsible and considerate tenant to become part of our friendly household. I prefer to rent to young professionals (I don't want any crazy partying going on due to the nice, high-end neighborhood), but open to anyone really. The rooms are either partially or fully furnished. There is one bedroom(Room 2) on the first floor featuring a private bathroom. 3rd floor features a Spacious primary bedroom(Room 1), bathroom with dual sinks, a garden tub, separate shower and a spacious walk-in closet, and other 2 bedrooms(Room 3) shares the attached bathroom making it easy to use with others. Additionally, there is a half bathroom on 2nd Floor if needed. 2nd Floor features a living room with high end finishes, large windows and open floor plan, and a spacious kitchen, with oversized island, granite countertops, pendant lighting, stainless steel appliances adjacent dining area and the laundry room equipped with washer and dryer for your convenience, etc. are all for the use of everyone, so you will have access to all those areas on 2nd Floor. If you are a professional or would like a home office (so to rent two rooms), we can work something out where you can rent two of the rooms for a better rate. If you are a couple and would like to rent the entire top floor for you and your significant other, that would be fine as well. Room 3: • Spacious with abundant natural light room about 10’ X 10’ on 3rd floor • Shares the attached bathroom making it easy to use with others. • Bathroom with sinks and bathtub • Ample closet space • Furnished • Rent - $750/month + share of bills.
